You’ve heard of a “middle eight”, well here is a “middle four”. The guitarist gets four measures to lay it down. I don’t often get a chance to use the words demisemiquaver, but today I did. So, yeah, it was a good day. Before I worked this out, I searched YT for some live shots, find out if there is a capo, maybe open tuned, what not. there are maybe a half-dozen performances of the band playing this song, however, none of the solos sound quite like this. Even the video where they say the “album was released yesterday” is decidedly more subdued. I wonder why. Oh well, enjoy this tab from the album version.
