Every song and every project is different. My rates are reasonable and based on:

• Music Density and Complexity

• Song Length

• Number of Instruments

I transcribe the music note by note, and given my extensive experience, I am able to estimate how many hours of work a transcription requires.
After listening to the audio source and taking into consideration the details of your request, I will be able to send you a free price quote.

Most requests fall into one of the three categories:

• Snippet. This is a short guitar passage like a chord progression, a solo, a verse or chorus, etc…

• Song Transcription. A full song transcription for one instrument. Tablature and chard charts. Intended to fit on 1 or 2 pages with similar parts repeated.

• Note-For-Note Transcription. Meant for multiple instruments or songs that are unique for long periods of time.

Please provide me with a link to the specific version of the song you would like transcribed and as much detail regarding the request as you can. For example, don’t just say “guitar solo”, include the timing as well “Guitar Solo 2:35 – 2:50”.

How it works / Pricing

Tell me what song you want transcribed.

• Send me a link to the song, YouTube, Spotify etc…

• If you would like to send me a file, please let me know in the message.  I will contact you with an address where you can upload the file.

• If necessary, please provide timestamps for specific passages.  Don’t just say “Guitar Solo”, please include the times, “Guitar Solo from 2:35 to 2:50”

• Please use the form on this page to submit your request.

I will send you a free price quote

• I first determine that I am sending you an estimate on exactly what you require.

• All jobs are based on time and, if the job takes less time than estimated, the price is lower. The cost would never be more than the price quote though.

• The price is dependent upon many factors such as music complexity, length of track, and client requirements. No two jobs are alike.
  I have done jobs ranging from 10 $USD to 2500 $USD. Most jobs come in around 50 $USD.

• Upon an agreement on the price, I will proceed with the transcription.
  I schedule the job. You get an exact completion date. If you have a rush job, I will get it to you on time.

Payment

• Full payment is due at delivery.

• You receive, via email, both the .pdf printout as well as the original Guitar-Pro (.gp, .gp5, .gpx) files. Other formats are possible. Please ask.

• All major credit cards or Paypal are accepted.

• Please note that for first time customers I require a down payment on the first job.

Follow-up

• Your satisfaction with my work is important to me. I will review any section or bar you are not fully satisfied with, free of charge.
